Here’s ten minute collection of various top fuel dragster action bits.. from line up to burn outs and then some drags… well not everyone made it to the finish line.

Note: one of the top fuel drivers in the video is Janne Ahonen, “world’s fastest ski jumper” from Finland.

Scott Kalitta (Blowover) and Blaine Johnson 1996 NHRA Gatornationals Drag Racing Finals

This is a video of the late Scott Kalitta and dearly missed Blaine Johnson racing side-by-side. The two champions race together at the final of the Gatornationals in 1996. Kalitta has a nasty blowover and Johnson idles past to win.
