Daniel Wilkerson – CRAZY NHRA CRASH @ MEMPHIS – 10-5-2009

Daniel Wilkerson had a nasty crash after his right-rear tire came off, as well as the left-rear coming off, both resulted in running into the left lane wall. He barely missed Ron Capps.

Recorded with a iPhone 3G.

Happened today, October 5 (Monday), because of a rain delay on Sunday.

Car Crash In Snow – Stupid Funny

This one is nuts. This guy really goes sliding and then it’s like everyone starts to slip and slide. I was in a car wreck once, snow, and I thought that I would never stop, I thought that I would slide from NY toward the west and stop when I finally got to warmer weather. Fortunately I did stop and luckily no one was hurt.

Inaugural 2010 NHRA 4 Wide Nationals Funny Car Qualifying Accident

In round 3 of qualifying at the Inaugural 2010 NHRA 4 Wide Nationals at Zmax Dragway, Matt Hagan and Jeff Diehl both have terrifying explosions. First Jeff Diehl’s body comes flying off his car and sails in the air onto the guard rail after his engine lets go, then Matt Hagan has a huge explosion through the lights and his body disintegrates and he almost hits Del Worsham bringing the car to a safe stop. Del runs a 4.064 @ 307.30MPH and Matt managed a 4.104 @ 296.50MPH.

Bob Glidden NHRA Pro Stock Crash

Bob Glidden has this very bad crash at the 1986 NHRA Southernnationals. Glidden applied the brakes to early at top end and headed straight into the guard rail and rolled the car more than five times, one of the worst NHRA drag racing crashes form the 1980’s.
