I'm real close to Gateway on the Arch side of the river.(STL) Cordova is in Illinois by Iowa right? Anyway, Long story short, NOPI had to file for bankruptcy! They restructured and are still in business as a mail order custom/tuner parts warehouse trying to come back around. I don't know if they'll ever have a full on NOPI event again like they had. As far as where everybody is going now I'm not sure but Gateway has a thing called 'Midnight Madness' with a similar vibe on like 4 or so Friday's out of the year. They Drag Race and have a Drifting area and a band etc. It usually go's till like 3 am or so hence the name 'midnight madness'.
