Racing: 2003 BMW 330i vs Ford Crown Vic Police Interceptor. Who’s faster?
Ok my roomate had a police interceptor. I have a BMW 330i with 235hp inline 6cyl. And runs 0-60 in 6 seconds. My roomate thinks his interceptor would beat me in a race.. He claims it has 350hp. No way! I googled everything about police interceptors and it said they have no more then 250hp after a turbo put in. I looked up all kinds of information, and i get the same results? 330i has the advantage in a drag race. Well thats what google said. What do you think. Remember i’m talking only about a 2004 crown victoria, not a charger.
its not all up to horsepower, police cruisers are not stock crown vic engines, they are modified and yes they only do have around 240hp but the top speed can sure catch up to a 330 and even pass it by at least 2 cars length, although the 330 would have faster acceleration
